Silhouette for no photo

Paper 31 introduced a framework for post-qualifying awards at 2 levels, which included the accumulation of academic credits towards postgraduate awards. The framework was updated and developed in 1992. The PQ Award was based on an extension of skills and responsibility at the qualifying level, whereas the Advanced Award reflected the ability 'to provide clear leadership and special expertise'.
