Aims

  • To explore the enabling and disabling factors associated with attendance at case conferences from the perspective of the service user.
  • To explore the enabling and disabling factors associated with attendance at case conferences from the perspective of the practitioner.
  • To explore alternative means of engagement as alternatives to attendance

Methods

  • Content analysis of case records to capture service user information.
  • Semi-structured interviews with five service users who attended their case conference, five service users who didnít attend their case conference and their assessing practitioners.
