Reducing Reoffending Change Fund Evaluation

Prof Bill Whyte and Dr Steve Kirkwood worked with colleagues at Ipsos MORI, the University of Stirling (Prof Gill McIvor & Dr Margaret Malloch) and the University of Glasgow (Prof Fergus McNeill) to undertake an evaluation of the Scottish Government's Reducing Reoffending Change Fund. The Change Fund has been developed to provide mentoring schemes to support people who have a history of offending behaviour and to promote partnership working between public sector and voluntary sector organisations. The evaluation focused on the ways in which Public Social Partnerships have been developed using this fund in order to address re-offending rates in Scotland.
