Health and Social Care
There have been major shifts in policy and practice in relation to health and social care. Our research interrogates some of these developments. Studies include:
- Susan Hunter and Richard Perry on the impact of deinstitutionalisation and the the transition into into community-based services on vulnerable adults and the provision of social work services
- Richard Perry and Susan Hunter have explored chaning patterns of community living for adults with learning disabilities
- Susan Hunter (with external others) has conducted a national survey of supported employment for people with learning disabilities and ASD
